Event Food Truck Vendor Space – Please select the event you would like to attend when checking out.
You are encouraged to attend as many markets as you can though are not required to attend them all. Please be sure to sign up for the dates you would like to attend, this is not a commitment until your fee has been paid. However, fees are due at the time of application approval and your space will not be secured until they are paid. Fees for each month need to be paid at least 21 days prior to the attending weekend unless other arrangements have been previously made.
Your space will not be held if the space fee has not been paid.
All FOOD TRUCKS must be inspected by the local health department prior to attending any event in Fort Morgan. Contact information will be provided in your welcome letter.
All Vendors must complete an application HERE prior to making payments.
Please be sure to put your business name in the note section during checkout. This helps us verify payments are matched to the right vendor in case purchasing and registration emails vary.
A $3 service fee is added to all card and online payments.

*If permits and/or licenses are required by the State of Colorado, District Health Department, or City Tax. The vendor is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses before commencing business.
*The vendor is responsible for collection of all sales tax, remitting the same to the State Tax Commission and filing all necessary tax reports.
CANCELATION OF BOOTH RESERVATION WITH REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNITY AND DEFENSE AGREEMENT
Vendor agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Block, its agents, Mystical’s Menagerie, Limited Liability Co, their employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions and suits and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, attorney fees and other expenses of every nature and character arising from the use of or presence at Mystical’s Menagerie and The Block, or by its agents, employees, volunteers, guests, attendees, spectators and/or invitees.
The vendor shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when the vendor took control of it.
The vendor will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur due to the actions of the vendor or any of the vendor’s guests while in use of the venue and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from vendor’s use of the venue.
