Vendors that lock in their booth space with an Early Bird ticket will be helping to fund and launch the 2025 Festival.

You will be guaranteed your vendor space at Beltane, Early advertising on event flyers, and vendor announcements, 1 guaranteed Featured vendor advertising space and vendor shout-out advertisement as well as a Small thank-you gift on the day of the event, continued contact and chances to be further involved.

Booth fees are subject to change as this year’s space and plans are developed. (This year’s event costs will be changing with us using a new hosting site, we can only estimate fees at this time, fees may change do to the cost of our hosting site.)

Early Bird ticket prices will not change, however, limited early bird tickets are available and will only be available for a short time.

$170 – Option #1 – Early bird single vendor space  10 x 10 outdoor booth space

$250 – Option #2 – Early bird sponsorship – vendor level – 10 x 10 booth, included on sponsors listings and advertisings

$500 – Option #3 – Sponsor – booth space optional

Good Faith – Early bird vendor tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS

In the event that Beltane is canceled Early bird tickets will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of event cancelation.

We are actively seeking larger sponsorships, collaborative businesses, and opportunities, as well as performers and speakers willing to donate their time and efforts to help further build the festival community and growth.
