Secure your vendor booth for Beltane 2026 with a good-faith booth payment and take advantage of our exclusive Early Bird opportunities. By reserving your space early, you will not only guarantee your participation at Beltane but also play a vital role in supporting and launching the 2026 Festival.

Early Bird vendors receive a host of valuable benefits, including guaranteed booth space, prominent early advertising on event flyers, special vendor announcements, one featured vendor advertising slot, and a vendor shout-out. Additionally, all Early Bird vendors will receive a special thank-you gift on the day of the event, with continued opportunities for involvement and engagement throughout the festival planning process.

Please note that booth fees are subject to change as we finalize event logistics and venue details. While we are transitioning to a new hosting site, all fees are currently estimates and may be adjusted as necessary. However, Early Bird ticket prices are locked in and will not change. These tickets are available in limited quantities and for a limited time only.

• $100 – Option #1: Early Bird Single Vendor Space (10 x 10 outdoor booth)
• $250 – Option #2: Early Bird Sponsorship (Vendor Level) – 10 x 10 booth, plus inclusion in sponsor listings and advertising
• $500 – Option #3: Sponsor – Booth space optional

Please note that Early Bird vendor tickets are non-refundable. In the event of festival cancellation, Early Bird ticket holders will receive a full refund, processed within 60 days of the event’s cancellation.

We are actively seeking larger sponsorships, collaborative businesses, and new opportunities, as well as performers and speakers interested in donating their time and talents to help grow the festival community.
