I want to let you know that it is okay to not be okay. It is okay to not be perfect and to need help sometimes.

Like so many others, I have suffered from depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. I got to a point in my life a few times where all I wanted to do was stay in bed and cry. And, like so many, I refused to admit that I needed help and I didn’t know where to get help if I needed it. I lost faith in faith itself and my higher purpose.

I found meditation, I found my people who accepted me for who I am and chose to see the potential growing inside of me. The potential to heal myself mentally and emotionally with guidance, gratitude, and grounding.

Now I want to help others to find the breakthroughs that I have been blessed with.
