The Morgan County Makers Market is a monthly event held on the second Saturday of most months at various locations throughout Morgan County, including but not limited to Mystical’s Menagerie, The Block Commissary Kitchen, Brush Business District, Fort Morgan City Park, and additional venues. 

Mystical’s Menagerie warmly invites local artists, handcrafters, and creators of all kinds to participate in our Makers Market. As a rural artisans market in Northeast Colorado, we accommodate 16 or more vendors during the winter, and up to 30 vendors outdoors when weather permits (April through October). Our focus is on presenting a diverse selection of locally produced goods, emphasizing handcrafted items, homemade products, artwork, cottage foods, and fresh goods from local farms and businesses.

Our mission is to provide a consistent platform for local artisans and handicraft specialists to showcase their creativity and products year-round. We aim to highlight the impressive variety of goods made within our community and support independent entrepreneurs. We recognize the challenges small creators and business owners face in finding opportunities for growth and success amid larger competitors. Let’s collaborate to make the Morgan County Makers Market a popular destination for weekend shoppers and those seeking unique finds.

Vendor spaces are available starting at $45. Please note that amenities and add-ons may increase your total fee. Food truck spaces are available at $65 to $80 per day; all food sales must be inspected and approved by the local health department.

For larger community events, fees begin at $55 per day for indoor spaces and $65 for outdoor spaces, with amenities and add-ons available at additional cost. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.

After registering, you will receive a welcome email, regular updates, and monthly check-ins to keep you informed about event locations, dates, and available amenities. Please ensure your email address is valid, as all communications and billing will be sent to the email you provide. Note that initial emails and invoices may be delivered to your spam folder; adding MysticalsMenagerie@gmail.com to your contacts will help prevent this. If you do not receive a welcome email within seven days of signing up, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

Featured Vendor advertising is available for $15 per month, billed separately. This optional service will require follow-up to gather your photos and information for your listing.

For further details, vendor lists, payment portal, and additional resources, please visit the Morgan County Makers Market – Mystical’s Menagerie LLC website. When using the vendor payment portal, your total balance will be displayed once you select your preferred dates and any amenities or add-ons.

The Makers Market operates monthly throughout the year, unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to attend as many markets as possible; however, attendance at all events is not mandatory. Spaces are not reserved until payment is received. Fees are due upon application approval, no later than 28 days prior to your selected market, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Invoices are sent six weeks prior to event dates, and must be paid within 14 days to secure your booth. Otherwise, your space may be offered to another vendor.

A $3 service fee applies to all card and online payments. Advance payment for future markets is always welcome for your convenience.

Your space will not be held if the space fee has not been paid.

All Vendors must complete an application HERE before making payments.

Please be sure to put your business name in the note section during checkout. This helps us verify that payments are matched to the right vendor in case purchasing and registration emails vary.

A $3 service fee is added to all card and online payments.
 
  • If permits and/or licenses are required by the State of Colorado, the District Health Department, or the City Tax Office, it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain all necessary permits and licenses prior to commencing business operations.
  • Vendors are responsible for the collection and remittance of all applicable sales taxes to the State Tax Commission, as well as the timely filing of all required tax reports.
  • Food trucks must receive inspection and approval from the local health department before participating in any market event. Relevant contact information will be provided in your welcome letter.
CANCELATION OF BOOTH RESERVATION WITH REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. 
 
RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNITY, AND DEFENSE AGREEMENT 

The Vendor hereby agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mystical’s Menagerie, Limited Liability Company, along with its agents, employees, and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, attorney fees, and other expenses of every nature and character that may arise from the use of, or presence at, The Morgan County Makers Market or its hosting locations. This indemnification applies to actions or omissions by the Vendor, its agents, employees, volunteers, guests, attendees, spectators, and/or invitees.

The Vendor further agrees to remove all personal property, trash, and any other items that were not present in the venue at the time the Vendor took control of the premises.

The Vendor shall be responsible for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur as a result of the actions of the Vendor or any of the Vendor’s guests while using the venue. The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions that may arise from the Vendor’s use of the venue.
